CHALLENGE
As an initiative of the United Nations lead agency on International Development Projects, we counsel the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cult of Argentine in the investigation and analysis of new technical and functional specifications to reengineer their inner communicational system. We collected the users needs and designed new innovative answers.
NEEDS
To update the inner management system concerning their diplomatic service, during their external representations.
IMPACT
Through suggested improvements, a faster and more efficient communication process in between the Embassys was achieved. We escort Cancilleria´s personnel during this changes in order for it to be successful. Finally, we properly documented the project to redesign the platform and optimize it´s organization, processing, safeguard and migration of the information.
