CHALLENGE

To develop a digital platform for the management of Interinstitutional Ideas and Proposal Contests, coordinated by the Agency I+D+I, in record time and with ongoing calls; also serving a flexible design, easy to adapt to the requests of new calls from of other entities.

NEED

To count with a platform call that can control the fulfillness of the terms of registration for each contest, and that allows the jury to evaluate the proposals without knowing the authors´ identities.

IMPACT

The Agency I+D+I achieved a significant expansion of its action range, giving visibility and meeting the new demands of the different State sectors, and also private entities.  During the first year of the Platform, several agreements were signed and new initiatives are being developed, generating visibility for both public and privates’ policies.
